RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At YTHRAL, we stand behind the premium craftsmanship, dark aesthetics, and meticulous quality of our pieces. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Because we ship our designer collections internationally, we have structured our policies to be secure, cost-effective, and highly efficient for our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or a size exchange.


  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The garment must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused.
  • The garment must have all original designer tags fully intact and attached.
  • The garment must be returned in its original product packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Because we operate our fulfillment networks globally, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for booking, paying for, and tracking their return package using a reliable carrier of their choice.

Return Delivery Address: Authorized returns must be shipped to our designated global operations warehouse. Our support team will provide you with the authorized return address and any customs documentation instructions upon approval of your request.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return authorization via email will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.


  1. DAMAGES, QUALITY ISSUES AND ZERO-RETURN RESOLUTION

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a garment is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at contact@ythral.com within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To protect you from high return shipping costs and resolve quality issues rapidly, we offer a Zero-Return Resolution:

  • No Return Shipping Required for Defect Claims: If your item is verified as defective or damaged, we do not require you to ship the physical product back to our global operations center.
  • How to Submit: Simply email contact@ythral.com with your Order Number and 2 to 3 clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or incorrect item.
  • Our Commitment: Once verified, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement piece to you at zero cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  1. EXCHANGES AND THE RETURNLESS EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Traditional international return shipping for a size exchange is slow, complex, and expensive. To save you time and the high cost of return postage, we highly recommend our premium Returnless Size Exchange Program:

  • How it Works: You keep the original garment in your possession to keep, gift, or donate. We will process, manufacture, and ship the exact same garment in your newly requested size for a flat shipping and handling fee of 15.00 USD.
  • To Request: Simply email contact@ythral.com with your Order Number and your newly requested size, and our support team will send you a secure payment link for the 15.00 USD flat exchange shipping fee.
  • Traditional Exchange Alternative: If you prefer the traditional route, you may ship the original item back to our operations warehouse at your own expense. Once received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, we will ship the replacement piece.

  1. EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain the exclusivity and limited nature of our designer collections, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom products (such as special commissions, custom sizes, or personalized items).
  • Limited-edition drop items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Gift cards.

  1. REFUNDS AND BANK PROCESSING

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned package at our operations warehouse, and let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or PayPal to process and post the refund transaction to your account statement.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the credit, please contact our support team at contact@ythral.com.

  1. CONTACT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating an official chargeback or dispute with PayPal or your bank, please contact us directly. Sizing, delivery tracking, or quality inquiries are resolved significantly faster when handled directly by our dedicated support desk.
