At YTHRAL, we are committed to delivering your premium designer garments in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Our collections are hand-finished at our primary operations facility and dispatched via premium international air cargo. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after transaction confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Dispatches do not occur on Sundays or major public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, limited-edition drop events, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as each piece undergoes thorough quality control.
- SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND PARTNERS
- This storefront (us.ythral.com) ships internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
- We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- For deliveries within India, please visit ythral.com.
- International Dispatch: Your order is processed and shipped from our global logistics center using premier international air freight networks (partnered with iThink Logistics and FedEx International).
- Last-Mile Delivery: Once your shipment arrives in the destination country and clears customs, it is handed over to our trusted local delivery partners for secure last-mile transport directly to your doorstep.
- DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Standard Transit Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for transit and delivery after processing is complete.
- Delivery windows are estimated in good faith. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to carrier capacity, severe weather conditions, customs processing, or security screenings in the destination country.
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an active tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.
- SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free International Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or surprises applied at checkout.
- CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (NO HIDDEN FEES)
- All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you pay at checkout is the total price you pay. Any applicable import duties, customs charges, and clearance fees in your destination country are handled and paid by YTHRAL on your behalf — they are never passed on to you.
- Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): All international orders are shipped under DDP terms. YTHRAL coordinates and covers all customs clearance documentation and duty payments behind the scenes. Your package arrives at your shipping address with zero duty bills, tax charges, or additional customs processing fees owed by you.
- ADDRESS ACCURACY AND SHIPPING CORRECTIONS
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and valid delivery addresses (including apartment, suite, unit, or flat numbers).
- Shipping Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@ythral.com. Address modifications can only be made before the order is processed and dispatched from our facility.
- Delivery Failures: YTHRAL is not responsible for shipment delays, non-delivery, or return-to-sender scenarios caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided during checkout.
- ORDER TRACKING
- Once your garment is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your active tracking number and tracking links will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier network to update the initial tracking status.
- LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Damaged Deliveries: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at contact@ythral.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item.
- Safe Delivery: YTHRAL is not responsible for damage, theft, or package loss that occurs after the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered to your designated address.
