PRICING, CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS

All-USD Pricing: All prices displayed, listed, and invoiced on us.ythral.com are in United States Dollars (USD).

Checkout and Processing: All checkout transactions are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD).

Transaction Fees: Because YTHRAL operates from our global logistics and business headquarters internationally, your bank or credit card issuer may assess a standard international transaction fee or foreign transaction fee on your statement. YTHRAL is not responsible for these fees, which are determined and charged solely by your financial institution in accordance with your cardholder agreement.

Pricing Corrections: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and shipped from our operations facility. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, the order cannot be cancelled, and you must follow our standard return/exchange procedures.

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

International Shipping: YTHRAL ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Shipping timelines, carrier windows, and delivery dates provided during checkout are good-faith estimates. YTHRAL partners with trusted international logistics networks (iThink Logistics, FedEx International) and local last-mile delivery partners to deliver your order. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier backlogs, customs inspections, severe weather, or other factors beyond our direct control.

Customs and Duties: All orders are shipped under Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) terms. Any applicable import duties, customs charges, and clearance fees in your destination country are handled and paid by YTHRAL on your behalf. Your package arrives at your doorstep with no additional customs charges owed by you.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our official Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Return Shipping: Due to the cost of international reverse logistics, YTHRAL does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics involved in returning items to our designated global operations address.

Returnless Exchange Program: In lieu of high-cost return shipping, we offer an alternative where you may keep the original item and pay a flat shipping and handling fee of 15 USD to have a brand-new size or replacement shipped directly to your address.

Defective or Damaged Goods: If a garment is defective or damaged upon arrival, please inspect it immediately and contact us at contact@ythral.com within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For verified defects, we do not require you to return the product — we will ship a replacement at zero cost or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale, clearance, or purchased during specific promotional events are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in this section limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. For UK customers, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected. For Australian customers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this Site, including but not limited to brand logos, original garment designs, text, graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of YTHRAL and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, or Canada, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory local consumer protection laws will apply where required.
