Free standard shipping on every order. No shipping charges, no handling fees, no surprises at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing: Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Each piece passes quality control before it leaves us.
Delivery: Allow 7–14 business days to arrive at your door. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
All duties included. Any applicable import duties and customs fees are fully covered by YTHRAL© — never billed to you. Your order arrives ready, with nothing owed on delivery.
We currently ship across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Need a different size?
Reach out and we'll sort it out personally. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and our team will arrange your exchange. We keep it simple — no complicated return logistics on your end.
Something wrong with your piece?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're covered completely. Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos — no need to ship anything back. We'll send a brand-new replacement at zero cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.
Change of mind?
You're welcome to return an unworn piece within 14 days. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A few exceptions
Custom pieces, final-sale and limited-edition drops, and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged — these are made or released in strictly limited numbers.
